This is to say a huge thank you to Walter's Porsche for having a service representative by the name of Justin Usary. We had been taking our car to San Diego for service because we thought the department there took the best care of our needs. NO LONGER! This young man Justin was superb in every way. He communicated very effectively. He gave me confidence with his knowledge. While appearing to represent Walter's well he also gave full attention to our interests.
Also, I do not know who actually did the service, but that individual deserves a tremendous amount of 'back patting' as well. Who ever the gentleman was through Justin he also gave us the full belief that our car was being serviced with the best attention it could be given.
Please feel totally free to share these comments in every way you can. We will continue to be faithful Walter's customers in the future as a result.
